Yes, it is unfortunate that I have to use this forum as the only method to be heard. Their "support" and other webpages either put one in a loop or take you back to sign in again. If they made it easy to find where to send the sales or tech support an email, I would be happy to use it. Maybe someone on this forum could point me in the right direction instead of replying with criticism.
