Issues Uploading music or videos

Hi Everyone

It has been brought to my attention that more users are struggling at the moment to upload their music in the media section and are receiving on screen prompts "incorrect media" etc.

I suggested in the meantime to use MP3 format instead, even though it is a lower quality format.

If you can let me know who can upload their music as normal and who cannot.

I have passed on said issues to Magix

es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass derzeit immer mehr Nutzer Schwierigkeiten haben, ihre Musik im Medienbereich hochzuladen, und auf dem Bildschirm Meldungen wie „inkorrekte Medien“ usw. erhalten.

Ich habe in der Zwischenzeit vorgeschlagen, stattdessen das MP3-Format zu verwenden, auch wenn es sich dabei um ein Format mit geringerer Qualität handelt.

Bitte gebt mir Bescheid, wer seine Musik wie gewohnt hochladen kann und wer nicht.

Ich habe die genannten Probleme an Magix weitergeleitet.

Leider Klappt Der Upload Video Medien auch oft Nicht , Gruß AMG2025, Andreas , Seit 2010 hier und früher wars Technisch besser !

I believe you too cannot upload a wav file as normal in the media section, but you can upload an MP3?

Hello Stephen,

Henri (Semelles-de-Vent) had mentioned in his 'Late night chill jazz' track that he had to load his track in mp3 format and was concerned about the sound quality loss. Being aware of Henri's problem I notice that when I was uploading my 'Desert Night' track in .wav format that I was seeing the error you described about the wrong format error. At that time my 'Desert Night' track loaded up in mp3 format without difficulty.

I used the Magix webpage in uploading my track and not the Music Maker software for the upload if that is some help in tracking the problem.

Hi Stephen! I can't upload videos anymore either – the MAGIX page freezes during the upload, and after several minutes the message "Upload failed. Please try again later" appears. 😒

I have no problem uploading my tracks in WAV format. 😉

Im Moment habe ich keine Probleme mit dem Hochladen meiner Musik. Ich war aber auch in letzter Zeit selten hier.

Tom had mentioned that his support team looked into said issue and found nothing?

It’s obvious there are still issues, how many it’s affecting, I don’t know?
