This dish should come out smooth and soft, with just a sprinkle of tension for flavour.
 

[Listening to it again, I never realized how much [to me] this sounds like it could have been from a 1980's John Hughes movie... it reminds me of the touching/sentimental or similar dramatic scenes/montages from his films - I must have enjoyed those films a lot.... My favorite section is about 2:00-3:13...it's "1985" again...]
