hi ,i change my personal computer ,i have a register code in other pc and it's ok ,now i install programm acyd dj 10 in the new computer but the register code it's wrong,why ???
@carlo-l It depends. Your serial number is listed in your Magix customer account under 'My Products'. You need to use this serial number and the e-mail address of your customer account to activate the software.
For example, if you try to use an old voucher code again, it will not work and tell you that it was already used. And if don't enter the e-mail address of your customer account, you'll get the error message, that the software is registered to another e-mail address.
