Errore

Hi,
Last January I upgraded to Magix Music Maker 2026, a fairly stable and smooth program; let's just say it didn't give me any problems. But this morning, when I opened the program, I got this error (see photo). Can anyone tell me what this error is and how I can fix it? I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but the error keeps popping up.

I’ve been experiencing the same issue for a few days as well. Today I didn’t encounter the error, but my Loops Unlimited subscription is not being recognized (even though it’s far from expiring). When will this be resolved?

@Matteo-Mar In the past it was possible to get the Loops Unlimited subscription working again in Music Maker 2025/2026 by deactivating the program via the Help menu and then reactivating it via the serial number.

I tried deactivating and reactivating the program using the serial number, but the issue remains… it’s as if I no longer have any subscription.

The problem has been ongoing for several days now, and I find it both shocking and disrespectful towards customers that there has been complete silence from the company in the face of such a serious malfunction.
