Brennvorgang auf Blue Ray wird abgebrochen

Hallo

Ich arbeite mit der Software Fotos auf CD & DVD 10 deluxe. Leider bricht der Brennvorgang (blue ray) immer ab mit der Fehlermeldung "Interner Fehler bei der Bearbeitung. Laufwerk wird nicht vollständig unterstützt". Zu Testzwecken habe ich zwei Fotoshows mit nur wenigen Fotos und Musik als ein Projekt mit blue ray gebrannt. Das hat bestens funktioniert. Ich verstehe nicht, wieso es mit der richtigen Fotoshow nicht klappt. Wäre super, wenn mir jemand helfen könnte!

Falschen Rohling?

Am Roling sollte es nicht liegen, weil ich die Testversion mit dem gleichen Roling gemacht habe unds da geklappt hat. oder hat man allgemein mehr Probleme mit RW Roling?

Werde am Freitag versuchen, die Bitrate zu ändern.

Habe die Bitrate auf 24969 reduziert. Zudem einen Rohling von Philips statt von Sony verwendet. 2 Probleme konnte ich damit lösen. Besten Dank für die Hilfe. Leider klappts noch immer nicht. Neue Fehlermeldung: "Interner Fehler während der Bearbeitung, Schreibfehler beim Zugriff auf die Disc". Wäre sehr dankbar um weitere hilfreiche Tipps.

Weder noch, ich brenne jpeg Fotos und mp3 Dateien. Standardmässig war 29'xxx drin. Anscheinend etwas zu hoch . Ich bin leider keine Computerspezialistin und lasse deshalb meistens die Standardeinstellungen.

Kannst du uns noch weitere Infos zu deinem PC geben?

Ich habe einen HP Pavilion Elite HPE. Blue Ray Laufwerk und Brenner waren standardmässig eingebaut. Sonst würde es mich nicht wundern, dass es nicht klappt . Habe Windows 7, falls das auch hilfreich ist.
