Thank you for looking into this and getting it looked at by the higher ups. I feel like we all wouldve been in limbo for a lot longer if you hadnt. They should seriously remove the paypal feature until this is ironed out.

@Arie2929 @Tom_Sp

Hello welcome

I have now brought it to the attention to Magix of said users PayPal payment issues in the Vegas forum and lack of support.

Greetings, To whom it concerns.

I have tried to place an order via PayPal. Each time I was met with an error and to try again. Apparently I was charged 3 times via PayPal. I have reached out to the support email regarding this. No reply. I wanted 1 order of sound forge pro 18. Hopefully this way I can get some help on this before I flag the transactions.

Thanks.

Update: Paypal processed my claim and refunded the payment.

@James1812

Hi

You need to get in touch with PayPal, it is they who are causing the issue.

@James1812

Please rest assured that we are aware of this issue and are actively working on a solution together with PayPal. Our team is currently manually reviewing and processing all affected transactions. You will either receive your Sound Forge Pro 18 license or, if duplicate charges occurred, the corresponding refunds.

There is no need to flag the transactions at this time—affected customers will be contacted proactively within the next few days

So far due to the error they sent me 3 instead of 1. I will give it a few days and see if they make a correction.

@James1812 @Tom_Sp

Hi

I am sure this will be corrected, obviously there has been some teething issues with PayPal, and Magix are now working hard to sort out any errors.
