Problem: Bought the update on Video Deluxe Premium today (29.12.2020) payed instantly with paypal. Started the download. The download indicator shows that the download "hangs" after 15 % ... for more than 20 minutes now. Something is wrong. Shall I retreat from the contract? In which time frame can I cancel the contract? Kind Regards.
