Keyboard Shortcuts in Movie Edit Pro?

Is there a listing of keyboar shortcuts available in Movie Edit Pro?

I'm dating myself, but any day of the week I'd throw out my mouse in exchange for good and fast keyboard shortcuts within applications. I'm EXTREMELY new to MEP (just installed the 2013 limited demo yesterday), but I can't seem to find quick keyboard shortcuts to jump between clips in the timeline view. Rather, I'm supposed to attempt to magically drag the mouse and hit RIGHT at the correct spot? This is especially tedious if I'm zoomed all the way out to show the overall movie, yet might want to jump around a bit quickly (using the keyboard) through various parts to preview a transition, jump to the next clip, preview its transition, etc.

Is there some way to quickly (and accurately?) jump around the timeline using the keyboard?

You should have a manual included in your program folder; it may be called something like Videodelux_EN.pdf. Keyboards shortcuts are listed starting on page 280 in my copy. There is also a section on adding your own custom ones.

There are lots of options for navigation including setting markers within objects.

(Embarrased) I have NO idea how I missed that.. Thanks Carl- ctrl-W and Q .. now I feel like I'm playing old computer games again.. :)

In addition to Carl's answer, you see lots of shortcuts when you click the upper bar (File, Edit etc.)

Can someone here help me with a short-cut?

I use Ctrl-H a lot to open the audio track and use the Wave file to help me sync the video with other tracks.

My problem is going back to simple track view.

is there a short-cut to reverse the Ctrl-H ?
