What are your computer specs including the CPU and GPU graphics card?
It's possible that your graphics card drivers need updated.
1. Open Device Manager.
2. Expand Display adapters and then right click the graphics driver to Update driver. Here your display card may be AMD, Intel, or NVIDIA or any other ones with different brands.
3. Try to Search automatically for the updated driver software.
If possible, the Device Manager will locate the latest graphics driver for you. You can install it on Windows 10 in the hope that the OpenGL driver can be updated.
You could also go to the graphic card makers website and download the correct drivers for your card.

don't worry @former-user that's what I thought it was, my doubts are resolved, I thought it was an application error or something like that, thank you Master!! I put this 3d video card here on the computer to try to solve another motherboard problem where the processor was freaking out but I found an application inside the motherboard Bios that instantly evaded it, after searching exhaustively on youtube and the internet for several means. Hehehe
but I have other 3d video cards, I'm not going to touch that now because I'm doing other things maybe I'll change it to a GForce I have here at home too and this one I have its full drivers hehehehehe
