I have bought a HEVC Codec Upgrade to my Magix edit pro. The installation failed. I was then by the support pages adviced to unactivate the program. This did not change anything. The next tip was to uninstall the program by Windows program manager. Here i got an error message, saying, it was unable to uninstall theprogram. Trying to install again only gives me the opportunity to uninstall the program, and this process fails. What do I do now? I have no working program, and is unable to reinstall it.
