@ROBERTO-FERNANDEZ5645 Maybe the user @rraud can test this. I don't have version 18.

Hi @SP. and @ROBERTO-FERNANDEZ5645, I can confirm "the sampler tool "does nothing" in both Sound Forge Pro 17 & 18. It does work in SFP 10 thru 16 however, if that is an option. I suspect Magix is not aware of the issue. or does, and cares not at this point. You could try requesting a Magix support ticket to notify them (instructions) or try sending an email: infoservice@magix.net
FWIW, I used to be able to contact the key people at Magix, directly, but all of my personal contacts are no longer there.

@rraud Thanks for trying it out.

@ROBERTO-FERNANDEZ5645 That's unfortunate. Sounds like a bug in Sound Forge 17 and 18. I wouldn't get my hopes up for a bugfix in the near future. Maybe it happens if we're very lucky.

Thank you very much.

I wrote a support ticket, but only an AI has responded so far. I'll wait a few days and if I don't get a response, I'll try again.

@ROBERTO-FERNANDEZ5645 I recommend you respond soon or the ticket will get automatically closed after a couple of days.

Hi,

I try to contact tecnical service three times, explain this problem and only a robot answer with no solutions.

Support from Magix doesn't exist.

Bad idea buy software form Magix.

@ROBERTO-FERNANDEZ5645 Did you create three different support tickets? You need to respond the to first AI bot answer before you can get human support like I mentioned before. I think you need to select that the first answer didn't solve your problem.
