man kann sein Win10 32 Bit kostenfrei in eine 64 Bit Version ändern: https://windowsarea.de/2019/07/anleitung-windows-10-32-bit-auf-64-bit-umstellen-upgraden/

Allerdings geht das mit einer Neuinstallation des Systems einher.
