Hi,

ich habe mal ein kurze Auszeit von Maigx (etwa ein dreiviertel Jahr) genommen, was aber nicht heißt, dass ich keine Musik gemacht habe. Green Stuff wurde von der Blues Band geschrieben und komponiert (1980), den Song habe ich also einfach mal gecovert. Also viel Spass beim reinhören.

I took some month off from Magix but nevertheless I wrote some songs this year. Green Stuff was originally writen by the Blues Bank in 1980, so I have covered the song. Enjoy to listen.

I personally have been mastering for over 14 years now.
i have remixed and engineered for alice deejay.

Please note home mastering and studio mastering are not the same. This is a misconception. the process is different,and while the sound of the polished track may seem the same to the NAKED EAR so to speak actually sound different to the trained ear.

THE TRACKS I WILL BE UPLOADING WILL BE ONLY "HOME" MASTERING. (fast process). music maker defaults are ok but not polished. 

most people are not concerned about the mastering there more comcerned about the FEEL.

i do not work for free so please do not sent me tracks to be mastered (for free). my time is not cheap.

there are some rules that are just plain idiotic. What are some examples of this behavior, why do people do it? Is it because (This is my assumption) they are afraid of the unknown? They are afraid of taking risk? Or is something that happens during the "nurturing" phase of life with overprotective parents. Maybe it's even a genetic thing.

 

IF I DO NOT LIKE THE MUSIC I WILL "NOT"  WORK WITH IT.

I ONLY EVER WORK WITH MUSIC I PERSONALLY ENJOY.
THIS WAY MY PROFESSIONAL APPROACH CAN BE MET TO VERY HIGH STANDARDS.

ich finde deinen song echt super. Von hand eingespielt, solch ne soundqualität.....erstklassig.

Deine Gitarrenarbeit ist grossartig und die stimme absolut passend. Kann es sein, dass das Drum etwas hinkt?....vielleicht spinnen auch meine ohren.

Coversongs sind immer so eine Sache. Man vergleicht sie qualitativ

immer mit dem Original. Und da ist bei der Blues Band die Latte schon

sehr hoch gesetzt. Von diesem Dilemma kommt man nur dann weg,

wenn man den Song nicht einfach nur abkupfert, sondern eine eigene

Version schafft, die ein neues Gesicht des Songs zeigt.

trotz kleiner Hollperer (Drums sind nicht immer auf den Punkt) eine runde Sache. Das Zwischenspiel gefällt mir auch sehr gut - eben VINTAGES-mäßig

Klar kenne ich das Original...

Die Drums sind zu leise und hinken etwas hinterher. So um 2:55 bis 3:02 ungefähr klang es etwas verhaspelt.

Aber für deine Kreativität + Leistung muss man 5 Sterne geben...!

VOX und alle Anderen haben Recht. Das Schlagzeug ist ab und zu aus dem Takt...

...aber weißt Du was ?
