My latest project. I wanted to experiment with ambient chords/sounds and mix it up with heavy metal riffs. The result is kind of a sad rock ballad. I played several virtual instruments this time.

Guitars: ESP

Guitar Effects: Guitar Rig 5

DAW: Magix Samplitude 2016

Virtual instruments (Bass, strings, keys): Magix vita (played on my midi keyboard)

Drums: presets from EZdrummer2. I was to lazy to play them too.

Very good, I like the contrast between the environment and the hardness of the heavymetal, some parts also remind me of Marillion, the "most atmospheric guitar", then Satriani, Metalica, and of course it must also sound above all Vaermont .. very well played and produced, congratulations Vaermont 🙏

thanks. I hope it sounds as good on your speakers as it sounds on my headphones. I hear differences when listening through my own speakers.
