Ein Thema welches meine Freunde und mich in letzter Zeit sehr beschäftigt!
A topic that has been occupying my friends and me a lot lately!
Germany sleeps... but no one rests. The night is still... and it does us good. We sit silently at the tables, the television tells of the war. Some say: "We must act." Others ask: "Where will this lead?" We hear words, hear numbers, of borders, weapons, and danger. And everyone carries in their eyes the question of what was still right. We wanted peace for the children, we wanted security and time. But suddenly, at our doorstep stands the fear of a new reality. We stand between the fronts, and no longer know where to go. Too many voices, too many questions, too few answers within ourselves. We stand between the fronts, and our country is becoming heavy. But deep beneath all this darkness, we long for peace—more and more. Prices rise, wages stay the same, at the end of the month, the counting begins. One wonders what will be left when another bill is missing. The refrigerator gets a little emptier, the worries grow ever larger. And some ask themselves in the evening: How will tomorrow possibly go? We carry burdens on our shoulders that no one outside truly sees. And yet, we secretly hope that this difficult time will pass. We stand between the fronts and no longer know where to turn. Too many voices, too many questions, too few answers within ourselves. We stand between the fronts and our country grows heavy. But deep beneath all this darkness, we long for peace—more and more. Perhaps we have become strangers to one another, perhaps we barely understand each other. But somewhere in every heart, a small remnant of a dream still lives. A morning without fear and worry, a day when laughter returns. A country that finds its hope after a long, dark night. We stand between the front lines, but we will not give up hope. Even if times break us, we long for peace—more and more. We stand between the front lines, and the road ahead is still so long. But as long as a light still burns, there is still hope in these times. The night is still... it is still long. But somewhere... morning begins. Hope is not yet... lost. Perhaps from the darkness, a new day will be born.
