Just added a new activation code for MPEG-4 FULL Codec Upgrade and the code that they have sent is incorrect. Emailed them and they sent another code of 0 still not working. I have rebooted the computer and still no joy.
. . . . Just added a new activation code for MPEG-4 FULL Codec Upgrade . . .
Which MPEG-4 Full upgrade are you referring to, what is its correct/full name?
If you have a current version of Movie Edit Pro (MEP) or Video Pro X (VPX) the only codecs that are fee based and require activation are:
MEP - HEVC (h.265)
VPX - DVCPRO and AVC-Intra.

Hi, a few yrs ago i had a similar problem, my activation code wouldn't work on a new machine & the email reply from Magix was the bizarre '0' ?🙃🥴🤷♂️ It was so long ago i can't remember how it went but it was resolved fairly quickly, it's the wk'end now so see how it goes next wk,
Saying that.. I rebooted Windows about 2mths ago, not long after I reinstalled MEP, I was asked when i dragged in a file for the activation code for HEVC, I put in what I thought was the right code but it said No wrong code 🤷♂️ but this time it gave me the option to log into Magix, i had to reapply for a code & it gave me a new code through email almost straight away,
I can't remember the steps i had to take & if it was an auto thing but in Magix account there's 'Create activation code'🤔 this might just be for the MEP program tho,
