See below. You have not given enough information to get much help.
We don't even know which software and version you have.
However, you should import the files from your camcorder to your computer hard drive using whatever software came with the camera or Windows Explorer, and use them from there in whichever video editor you are using.
Which exact version and build of Video Pro X? You can check under Help>About.
Please find, download and install the free MediaInfo utility, point it at one of the files you imported from your camera (I assume you mean it is now stored on your computer and is not being read from the camera) and post the results of the Text view here.
all the information is the same for both the camera video and the tablet.
That may be true for the very limited MediaInfo you actually posted. Please point it to each of one file that does play and one that does not and post here the results of the Text view, as I asked before, not the initial summary screen as you have posted above (choose View>Text).
I suspect there will be some difference in the codecs involved, which is what the detailed MediaInfo data will show us. It is possible that the missing codec may be one of the deliberate limitations of the Trial version.
I'm still not quite sure where these problem files are residing. If on the camcorder they cannot be imported to the program as memory cards cannot supply the data fast enough. They must be transferred onto a drive connected to the computer running VPX. The other possibility is that the trail version may not work with those file types.
MediaInfo should be supplying much more information than you have given. Use the Text view of MediaInfo to see the full file info please so we can check.
Thank you all for your help. I found that I can edit the file with my AVS video editor to a new file and can use it. Just another step, but worth it for the use of this multicam editing tool.
. . . . I downloaded the free version to try before I buy . . . .
This may be the reason why you can import from the tablet and not the camera - the free version does not support all codecs used in the videos.
The MediaInfo you posted was, AFAICS, only part of the data from the Basic view, the differences in the video may be more subtle which is why we ask for all the data from the Text view.
Having the more detailed information will enable us to advise if VPX will work with it, or which extra plugin you need, as there should be no need to run the camera video through a converter when using the full version of VPX unless it is an oddball camera or using the an unsupported codec for encoding the video.
I have the Magix Video Pro X. The general codec ID: isom (isom/iso2/mp41). Video codec ID: avc1. codec ID info: advanced video coding. codec config. box: avcC. I hope this is what you want. my text is different from what you show.

I can't see too much unusual except the 44kHz audio sampling rate and mono sound track but that should not matter. As far as I'm aware AVC should not be a problem either.
So now we need to know your complete computer system specs as laid down in this thread please.
Thanks for the MediaInfo analysis - I assume this is for the video that will not load. Is then there should be no issue with importing it.
I also assume that you log on to the computer as Administrator.GT2013,?
Can you play the videos from the folder they are in?
If not then the issue may be that the security permissions to access the Videos folder are not set correctly, and my be stopping Video Pro X creating the temporary files in the same folder.
