Loops do not load in to programme at start up and get a error

Having the same exact problem. Ive hit the "P" key to reset and rescan soundpools, restarted the program, restarted my pc but nothing seems to be working.. I should have never upgraded to 2026. HOW DO WE FIX THIS?!
@Dustin-McClinton @John-Woodford7724 As you can see from several posts in this forum, the servers have been offline for the past few days. I'm not sure if they're all back online now. You could try to click on the button to clean up the in-app-store inside the program settings. In the past it was also possible to get the Loops Unlimited subscription working again by deactivating the program via the Help menu and then reactivating it via the serial number. If neither of those methods works, the store servers probably haven't fully recovered yet.
It is really frustrating when we're paying for a subscription like Loops Unlimited and we are basically out of options to make our music. The worst part is the company rarely posts anything including real-time status updates on social media or on these forums immediately. These kinds of outages are usually resolved within 24 to 48 hours, but once again, they rarely make an announcement saying "we're back" and we are sorry for the outage.
What I've found out so far...
As of March 17, 2026, there are a substantial amount of reports on the community forums regarding this exact api.magix-iap.com "Service Unavailable" error.
The cause of the error code (503 Service Unavailable) apparently means the MAGIX in-app-purchase (IAP) and licensing servers are either overloaded or down for maintenance. Since the software checks your subscription status every time it loads a loop, the program hangs or fails when it can't reach home.
Rescanning soundpools or clearing cache does nothing in these cases. it is NOT you, it is all of us dealin with this. This means we basically have to just wait until they fix it which could take a while which sucks.
It's 11 days later and the issue is still there. Great work magix. You got your money instantly...

There was an outage with one of the Magix cloud providers which was causing this issue, see this notification from Magix.
Check again, it is now working for me at the time of this comment.

And when I ckicked on Manage Subscription this message popped

An error has occurred during the purchase process.
Have anyone find out how to fix this

@John-Jackson3333 The backend server currently doesn't work. You cannot fix this. This has to be fixed by Magix. It's unlikely they will do this over the weekend but only next week.
