Service Status: Loops Unlimited #Solved

We are currently experiencing lingering effects from an outage with one of our cloud providers.

Although we successfully restored or migrated many services over the weekend, there are still ongoing issues with the subscription management for Loops Unlimited. This specifically affects new orders (currently unavailable) and renewals. We are awaiting recovery from the provider daily and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Update: The recovery of all services has been finished now. Loops Unlimited is working now again. There might be another short outage next week 23.3.-27.3. when we switch over the affected service completely to our other cloud services to avoid having that situation again. Thanks for understanding.

Update 25.03.2026:
The announced change took place yesterday.

Today we'll do another change on systems which may affect Loops Unlimited for a few moments.

Update 02.04.2026:
Starting at 9:00 AM CEST, there will be a further adjustment to prevent the issues that occurred over the weekend. During this time, interruptions in the availability of Loops Unlimited may occur. Edit: The changes has been completed.

Apparently Magix Music Maker continues to have constant issues. It also makes me wonder why the problem like the one below persist. I have found no forum responses, no direct solution.

- Why do these problems continue persist?
- What is specifically being done to fix them?
- When should can we expect to have a reliable program that functions properly as promised?

The last time I looked, they said they fixed the issue with Loops Unlimited, and now I am getting this error code below:

Hi.

Okay, fine, that's what we pay for, not for nothing to work. But 1) the software is poorly optimized, for starters. 2) There are repeated sound loops in many sound packs. Very few, if any, dark techno loops. etc... and we could go on listing problems. I'm fed up with so many useless conga and percussion loops, and awful synthesizers. Sometimes it's really hard for me to choose decent loops to produce music.

Don't get me wrong, but I hope these words give you the strength to create a product that's a benchmark.

By the way, the ASIO drivers are terrible.

@Astur4K The program uses FlexASIO for its driver. That's an OK driver if you don't own an external USB audio interface with its own ASIO driver. But it's recommend to use an audio interface, especially if you create larger projects and use multiple virtual instruments and effects.

Unfortunately this issue is still not fixed as of 12:12am Eastern Standard Time. US. Still the same issue with Loops Unlimited not working.

That is the early hours of the morning in Germany so no real surprise that the problem is not yet fixed.

As I write this it's mid-morning in Germany so, hopefully, the problem is currently being worked on, if not already fixed.
