Unable to start Photostory de luxe 2025 and 2026 after changing comput

My old computer had Windows 10 upgraded to Windows 11 and it had Photostory de luxe 2025 which has been working well with version 24.01.223.

I have changed the computer to a new one with Windows 11 and on it I installed Photostory de luxe 2025 version 24.01.223. On the new computer I tried several suggestions from Magix Bot and have not been able to start the software which froze at start. Message with error NTdll.dll

In the new computer I have also tried the trial version of Photostory de luxe 2026 with the same result.

Any suggestions as what is going wrong?

@bdesha

Hi

Without more information on your computer specification, try re-installing the latest v14 of Visual C++ Redistributable available from here.

If you computer has an Intel or AMD processor install both the x86 and x64 versions.

If that does not fix the issue then we need more information.

The specification of your computer system including Windows version and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full, and also what monitor/screen resolution(s) you are working with if this is a laptop.

I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
