Export issue about 3D color corrected movie

I'm having problem when ever I try to export my color corrected 3d movie side by side MPEG4 format.It's only exports a blank movie.I'm not having such a problem when I only export left side right side or mvc formats.Only on side by side formats.I have Magix proX9 and uptade version is 15.05.195.How can I solve this proplem..is there gonna be any uptades for this issue?

We need more information:

Computer specification - processor make/model, graphics card or chipset, RAM, hard drive configuration, sizes and free space?
Windows version and is it up to date? Press and hold down the Windows key and the R key - in the dialog that opens type in winver and press enter.
Export setting used
In the Program settings, Import /export tab which codec is set in the dialog circled in the image below and which options on the left do you have checked?

Also please read this post before replying and add any other information you think may be relevant.

That eliminates the prime suspect of the blank video files.

We still need the other information I requested.

Hello again.Yesterday I formatted my pc.And reinstall my magix pro x9.In additional programs it installed Mpeg4 and mpeg2 codecs too.But nothing fixed.I'm working on 3d project.But before that I never see such a kind of error.When ever I put some color correction or saturation on video and try to export it side by side format it exports blank movie.If I don't do color correction it exports the movie without error.I will send you screen shots too.By the way sorry for my english.

My computer has a 64 gb ram Nvidia Graphics Card and 1TB internal hard disc on it.free space is 805gb

I think I solve the problem.I load magix prox8 and registered.First 2 updates everything was normal.But with the third and the last update I had the same problem with side by side mpeg4 export .Update version is (15.05.195)People who doesn't work with 3D movies maybe not noticed about it.I will not update the program.I hope they can solve this problem.If they don't I will never buy Magix products anymore.In every version of magix I had enough problems.Thanks for the reply.

Hi.

It's good to hear that you have been able to resolve your problem but, since this is apparently only happening after the latest update you really do need to report this to Magix. The English language page for you to use to raise a support ticket is here. Please do report the problem; as you say it is quite possible that very few, if any, other users work in 3D side by side and need to use color correction and so the problem has never been seen before and so Magix staff will never know about it.

Hi, I think I can see a problem.

In your screen capture showing the export in progress, you are exporting a 3min 20 sec clip, but although the movie time shows 1min 20 seconds rendered, it only shows an elapsed time of 6secs and 3secs remaining. That can't be right as I can't believe you can export an SBS 3d file of 3min 20secs long in only 9 secs! That would be spectacularly fast and would suggest that no video information is being written.

I have had problems with blank files trying to export to M2TS and always use mp4 HD SBS for 3D files. Try doing the export again using the different format and see if that helps.

I already tried all the formats with color correction.everything works fine with 2D exports of all formats.color correction Also works fine with 3d mvc.İf I don't play with color correction it also exports side by side mpeg4 format too.Only problem is side by side format with color collection.But different than pro x8 ,there are two options on export settings of pro x9. (bits for color 8 ) and (color space) And also I can't see mainconcept codec in program settings.Do I have to see something like that in prox 9?

Also I want to ask which codec pack are you using on your pc?I'm using combined community codec pack.As I say before everything works fine on pro x8 version.

Looks like a bug introduced in the 15.0.5.195 patch - tested with:

different export formats MP4, AVCHD, HEVC, Interlaced and Progressive
different effects Colour, Colour correction, Brightness/Contrast, NB Colorfast
different stereo 3D settings SBS half width, SBS full width, Top/Bottom

the only one that appears to work OK is Anaglyph.

Do you mean an all-in-one codec pack such as K-Lite - if so what is the reason for using it?

I am using the standard Intel codec
