RE: How to turn off loop preview?
Explain the easy part? :) It's exactly like MM, only it's just sound and nothing else going on. Plain and simple. Why would you have something strange popping up just to listen to sounds together? Nobody does that. Well, almost. You play the loops

RE: How to chose a range of audio to pick for Noise Reduction?
@Clifford-Bowman I recommend you use the 32 bit version. This version shouldn't have the same problem with selecting and updating the GUI as the 64 Bit version. Or pick the noise sample in the main effects view, then switch to the detail view. This

RE: Real Time Varispeed Sound Quality in Samp & WhichSound Forge Version?
Much of the time that I open Samplitude it will be simply to play a WAV file and to pitch shift it down a bit. Regardless of the "theme" (e.g. "skin"?) you choose, when you open a WAV file does the transport window always immediately open? If not,

RE: Update
@Gid Hi, The patches for MMS/VPX are listed under MAGIX Hub, New Features or by clicking on the Feedback button in the top menu: That's it, that's all. As we know from the Vegas forum, during insolvency, the Vegas Team was able to increase its

RE: Family History Cassette Tape Project - Tips to Begin?
@Deborah-Wesley To reduce uniform(!) noise like tape hiss, I recommend you use the 32 bit version of Sound Forge Audio Cleaning Lab 4 because the normal 64 bit version always throws annoying error messages. Technically it works fine, but it's always

RE: ACID 11 PRO SUITE LOOPS
@Ryan-Guiney There are two things I want to ask you about your installation of Independence. Are you running Independence inside Acid or somewhere else? I'm pretty sure it will not load any presets outside of Acid, simply because it is limited to

archiving complete project
I am running "Samplitude Music Studio (64 bit). lnk" (2022 version) simple question: I am simply trying to archive full projects. I want to keep my computer free from audio, midi, VIP's, etc. What I want to be able to do when I am finished with a

RE: Magix Capture - Standalone program
@Can-Dive Hi, I was looking for a gif that a user has on the Samplitude forum of a guy flogging a dead horse. Seemed appropriate for the current situation with Magix. We discussed Magix Capture a year ago and I started it off with this message, then

RE: Old soundpools and general questions
@Brad-Markel Hi, Strange. In your image, it looks like you've selected more than 1 Soundpools, even though it says 1. Look at what I have below. For me, the Soundpool titles start with the first letter capitalized, yours are not and there are

RE: Hardware Controller Mapping
Guessing this thread might be dead, but better late than never I guess. This was a bit of a dog to find, but midi maps can be updated in the Midi Editor: Add a drum track, then double click on it to open the Midi Editor. Select your kit using the

RE: importing a stereo mp3 file into both tracks seprately
@Gerald-Shantz Hi, Audio Cleaning Lab is a totally different product from Sound Forge. Magix added the prefix Sound Forge several years ago to be able to put audio editing programs under the same heading, I guess. I have been using it since 2005.

RE: How to draw in midieditor chord intervals at once?
@gabor-p No patterns cannot be saved. It only draws the last copied pattern. There are two more ways, that might be helpful. One easy and one complicated, but faster. First the easy one. Create an empty MIDI object, draw your chord inside it and

Here is the structure of the files under Soundpools: Did you put them in the right place? Does the structure look like the above? I dumped the DVD's onto a network share on my NAS, then copied them from the network into a folder called

RE: [Closed] Website Observation
Hi guys, @Gid Yep, I sometimes call MMS 'basic', maybe that's a poor word choice but although sometimes that's taken defensively Yes, poor choice because there actually was a "basic" version of MEP and MMS. It has disappeared. When, I'm not sure,
