  @David-Stromski No response in the forum or no DM. They just solved my support request on the next working day and send me an e-mail.

  Has anyone got this message previously. I had Magix Movie Studio 2023 and got this message. I, wrongly, assumed that by getting the latest version Video DeLuxe 2026 last week, that it may solve the problem, but alas, I'm getting the same issue. It
