[Solved] Cannot install Video Deluxe 2026

I just purchased and downloaded Video Deluxe 2026, on my Windows 11 laptop. But when I try to run the .exe file, it opens a window briefly, shows 0% progress, and then the window closes. It will not install. Where do I get product support? Thanks!

I found a semi-solution: Hitting "end" on the keyboard brings the cursor to the exact end of the audio and then you can use ctrl paste to insert audio at the very end. not great but if you get used to the keyboard shortcuts its about as fast. Thanks

Oh cool. Thanks, SP. I shall give that a go. I notice in older version of SF (13 and earlier), it would only allow a bitrate of 128 kbps if your file was mono, which audiobook files tend to be. I'll see if this is the case when I try the legacy

Thanks again. I started with Sony Movie Studio then Sony Movie Studio Platinum in 2012 then to Magix Movie Studio 16 and then 2023. There have been a lot of changes and I'm just now able to start playing with 2023. There have been so many changes
