  RE: Magix support has not responded to support tickets for months
  I have been getting a 'Read Error' Message when clicking on sound loops in MM2025. I tried to send in a ticket about this but always getting a 504 time out. Anybody home over there at magix? I reinstalled the program twice and it still gives me that

  @Ron-Burton You might need to select and apply the ASIO driver of the interface in the program preferences. Make sure to enable microphone access in the Windows security settings otherwise Windows will block audio recording for security reasons.

  @pjleese The program in the Ultimate Edition is still the Premium version, in case this is your question. There is no separate Ultimate program version. But the Ultimate Edition comes with additional content. So please check your order confirmation

  My experience is also a turn-off regarding buying from MAGIX.  I did support-requests but never got a response or the download-links etc.  They were paid with PayPal but I have never had a problem with such payments.  The initial upgrade to MUSIC
