  @Grummulthrus There was a large e-mail campaign that all those products switched over to Boris FX. I got a lot of mails from Magix and Boris FX about this. Of course, if you disabled all newsletters, you might not have received anything.

  @Campbell-McMahan Ok. Have you tried restarting the computer? Please select the Restart option and not the Shut down option, otherwise it might not help. If you cannot select the ASIO driver after restarting, there could be a more severe problem.

  Sampler tool not working in SF 18
  Hi all, the sampler tool in Sound Forge 18 Pro does nothing, I can't configure any sampler to transfers, because the windows for it not open. Anyone have this trouble? Thank you

  @SHANE-KOHUT Welcome to the Magix user to user forums. Your screenshot shows that the error is being caused by a problem with "ntdll.dll" which is a Windows core file, so not a problem with VdL directly. You need to have your Windows installation

  Everybody reporting problems refers to NTDLL.DLL. for years already. Not saying Windows is holy but why is it that only Magix products have problems?

  I keep deleting the bcc fx from Video Deluxe 2026 (Windows 11) located at C:Users:MyName:AppData:Roaming:Magix:Videodeluxe32_plus:VfxPlugins but they keep repopulating. How do I stop Video Deluxe 2026 from listing these Boris FX plugins.. I do not
