  @JustRaccoon Make sure you're connected to the Internet and logged into your customer account. If this doesn't help open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the in-app-store. This will delete the old cache.

  @Atte-Tahvanainen Hi Assuming the tapes play OK when a TV is connected to the SCART socket. Are the video tapes commercially produced? If so, then from your descriptions of what is happening, this sounds like Macrovision copy protection on the Video

  Actually im not sure if the problem is in the driver thing or what because i see the blue screen and some small static sound. the cable is in out mode and all connects should be good. Edit, i see the blue screen and static sound even my vcr is off
