  @matt_locker-01. Are you sure it's the same setup? I mean, Windows 10 and 11 install updates regularly, which can lead to problems with very old software. Maybe try running Sound Forge 10 via Windows 7 compatibility mode.

  @NickHarvey It might be easier to install the demo version of Sound Forge Pro 18 and use the audio_plugin_scan_server exe files from that. It's newer than Acid 11 and it is made by the same developer team.

  @browj2 You'll usually get the newest SpectraLayers version when registering a serial number at Steinberg, so that should be version 12, even if Sound Forge Pro Suite only comes with 11.
