  @johnebaker do you have both activation slots used, and/or recent updates/upgrades to Windows? John, yes, one for my desktop and one for my laptop. The update on my desktop threw up the error. There was a Windows update at the same time. Will check

  @emmrecs Hi Jeff I have both VPX and VDL on my laptop and PC, and this is not the first time I have been asked to de-activate/reactivate by a patch, which may have been triggered by the update to Win 25H2. I suspect that significant Windows updates
