  Thank you for responding, John. Sorry for delay -- I was under the gun to complete the slideshow for a Celebration of Life and I figured it out trial and error. I am used to working with Premiere Pro and have done special effects for many years.

  @Mark-Welton Hi Mark, ......I went to Properties & Title. I wanted to adjust the slideshow duration. I set the "Display Duration Per Picture" to 2 seconds and then clicked Apply. But when I click Play to preview it, it still takes 7 seconds.

  Sorry but that does not work. Following the exact procedure you suggested, it takes the first picture and the last picture and drags/drops them into the slideshow. It leaves behind all the pictures in between.
