RE: Cant Burn movies with Magix Movies DVD8 on WIN 8.1 system
lars51500, Does any other program recognize and properly burn to you DVD drive? A possible workaround is to choose 'Image Recorder' option and then burn the image using another program like Nero or Imgburn (it's free). See more on this

Hi , . . . I cannot say anything positive about your programme. Please exscuse me for being so negative, but compared to the Nero programme Magix is by far too complicated and I am sure could be simplified considerably. . . . This is a user

RE: What is the fastest way to burn multiple copies (say 20) of a project to DVD?
Hi @YR . . . . but you need to use 2 identical brand name of DVD burner . . . .  Using Nero 12 I disagree. I have used   1 x LG DVD, 3 x Pioneer DVD (two different models) and 1 x Sony DVD writer  - all internal  - simultaneously  to burn a

RE: What is the fastest way to burn multiple copies (say 20) of a project to DVD?
Hi, The first step is to check your disk, burn one disk directly and check it for menu and error link. After create a disk image of your project (iso files) and use Nero or Roxio or any similar program to burn your copy to DVD. If you need to

RE: What is the fastest way to burn multiple copies (say 20) of a project to DVD?
Hi As Carl says use the image recorder option, then burn muliple copies using Nero, Roxio or Imgburn (freeware) and burn the ISO image - it is quicker than burning the VOB's, IFO's etc. Another option if you are going to be doing this

RE: How can I Delete slideshow in photo story 2013 deluxe?
Hi The difference is subtle - Copy project and media into folder:-  the project and all of the files it contains are saved together in one folder. Use this function to transfer an entire project to another folder, computer or backup to disc

    RE: Problem Burning DVD
Hi @Arthur-LW . . . . In fact, when you tell it to check data after burning and it tells you there were errors found, then (assuming you are using quality discs like Verbatim) it probably means your burner is going south. . . .  Not

RE: Movie Edit Pro 2014 Bluray
I am going to try a different software package to see if that works. If that doesn't work I will try a different brand of bluray.   I found the disk image on my harddrive. I used Nero 12 to burn to a bluray and it worked fine to both of bluray

Mine is MEP, but I will share with you what I have learned.  If I read the above correctly you are trying to get the program to burn your disc for you.  Me?  I always burn to Image (on hard drive), then burn to DVD with Nero.  Others swear by

    RE: Problem Burning DVD
I may be spouting heresy here, but after my MEP created its first coaster I stopped letting it do my burning and went with Nero and always let MEP create a disc image onto hard drive first.  Nero has always been the burn software of choice for

RE: what video file types can be imported into Magix Video Pro X ?
Hi VPX does not support FLV file import or export. You need to use a video converter to change the file to another compatible format    There are many free video converters on the Internet of variable quality. I use Nero Recode which is

Hi Terry Puzzling    It plays OK in everything I have (WMP, AVS player, Nero player, VLC) except for MPC-HC where it freezes at 10 seconds. GSpot and MediaInfo say the file is OK. A search of the Internet shows this is a common problem

My computer only has a single drive and the any DVD burning software I've used (eg Nero) can cope with disc copying. The program prompts when to remove the source disc and insert the blank one. I suppose an image file, as suggested by George, is

RE: poor sound quality of burned DVD
Hi, First, establish whether the issue is definitely in the burning or the encoding. To do this, see if it plays from the DVD folder created by MEP directly after the encoding. This is located wherever you've specified in Program Setings >

Hi Arthur I think we all can identify with some of what you say but I certainly would be lost without the extensive feature set of MEP, at it's affordable price. Yes it is complicated but of course that is to do with the fact it is so powerful.
