Cannot start Photo Story Deluxe 2020--error 6

Program cannot be started. error code 6. Suggests uninstall and re-install. Have done this twice. Same result. PhotoStory Deluxe 2020. Don't know the version number, but must be most recent since I just downloaded. Thanks to anyone who will be kind
