  Chroma Key Background turns Grey for Green Screen
  When I use green screen and go into special settings and use the chroma key for green background, I get a grey background - it does not go transparent. Really frustrating and this never happened before. I am using 2021 version software.

  new version, no longer good software!
  Anyone else lost all previous content, ie magix intros and templates? I bought the new 2021 version and now cannot find any of the older intros, also the Chroma Key is useless now turning the chroma selected colour to grey, it is useless now...

  @Scenestealer Hi Gid. No, I used the colour picker and then selected white for what you see there but other options also caused problems.Either with those three edges or the top edge on its own depending on how I tried to use the chroma key. Ray.

  @AAProds Hi Alwyn. What I would do in that case is solo the time track and move it to the beginning and then export that as a video file to re-import into the project and place where needed. You then may have to use a Chroma Key effect to the file
