  Hi Alasdair, Try copying your midi file to a folder. It may not work from the desktop. Did you simply try dragging and dropping the midi file onto a track? To load music files, wav, ogg, tak, mid, etc., use the File Browser in the Media Pool

    It is not for all of them. The audio labeled MIDI loops play sound but the other one labeled Audio loops does not play and says "path not found."  I am not sure what the setting for the programs are but i did reset the soundpool
