  Burned DVD plays at 2x speed on PC and DVD Player
  I filmed my daughters lacrosse game at 1080i 59.96 fps and imported the mpeg4 files into MEP 15 to burn to DVD.  When I play the DVD it plays at double speed.  Two days earlier I filmed another game at 720p 59.96fps and the DVD played normally.
