[Closed] How can I get the maximun resolution from a SONY Digital 8? It has 1394 fire wire but resolution is poor when the video is Imported
I conected the camera with a 1394 cable. When the video is imported the resolution is not good. How can I import the video with the same quality that I have in the camera? SONY Digital 8 DCR-TRV NTSC

Sony HDR-SR11 Camcorder not being recognised by Movie edit pro15
Can anyone assist please. Have connected Sony HDR-SR11 Camcorder via USB. ( there is no fire wire connection) Selected recording source as HDV Camera. Magix reply "no device recognised" How does one solve this problem?

It seem as though the signal from your camera is not reaching your computer. Make sure camera is turnedon and in play position turn your computer on. This should fire up Movie Pro 14 into the record mode. Hope this works. Regards Pete

MM14 Hangs While Loading Media Pool

Hi again, This is apparently a limitation of your sound hardware. If you're using the basic on-board sound hardware of a laptop, there is no way that it offers multiple input sockets and supports the simultaneous recording from them. I think

very frustrated newbie
hi all just got movie pro 11 . have important editing to do for the boss (hee hee) but when connect my jvc grd40 via fire wire all the buttons and audio work but no video . tried direct to dvd recorder with dv cable works fine. checked drivers
