RE: What is best formta from HD to DVD
Hi Oz, I don't understand why you have tracks up the ying yang if all you did was import the m2t files and did some editing. All of the m2t files should be on track 1 or 1 and 2 if you put the audio on a second track. So why so many tracks? I

Hi Frank, You have a big job ahead of you. I have been procrastinating about this same thing and I'm 20 years younger than you. I have a lot of both Super 8 Sound and regular 8 film to get into the computer and I keep putting it off. On that

Hi, You're getting there. Using masks always seems to be difficult to understand because of the different methods and uses. Bringing a mask in from the effects pop-down is its own special case. The idea of this is that the mask is linked to the

RE: Vasco da Gama - Travel Route Animation - example & questions
HiTerry, Your message jogged my memory. I am sure that I saw somewhere a map of the trails. I will look this up. It's not really that important as what I have done will fit nicely as an introduction to the snowshoeing and the special effects of

RE: How do you create a new midi object with the piano roll editor?
Go to the Synth tab at the bottom of the arranger screen. Click (or double-click) on the Vita Midi Editor. The "piano roll" will open, and it should load the default MIDI sequence and instrument, which is usually the default piano. I can't

RE: Magix MovEdPro (17) - is it possible to save a completed disc movie (DVD or AVCHD or BD) to the PC harddrive as a folder (VIDEO_TS or BDMV) instead of directly to disc media?
Hi, In answer to your last question, it would be best to upgrade to MEP2014 Plus or Premium. Xara, part of the Magix family, currently has a special price of 50$ for the Plus edition. It has surround sound capability. See

Ivar, Though the intros and outros are listed under 'Effects' some are rather special as they contain multiple elements and no doubt behind the scenes code for applying them. Regular effects like zooms and distortions and color shifts can be
