  Adding a bit to asoeli's answer: You need to have the logo on a lower (higher number) track for it to appear in front of your background object. Here the logo object is selected (by clicking on it in track number 2) and it becomes outlined

  If I understand you correctly (and I'm not sure that I do), you may be in "Easy Mode". Just below the MAGIX logo at the upper left-hand corner, there is a "switch" that allows you to go between Easy Mode and Advanced Mode.

  Perhaps I should clarify. When I say the text and logo is unclear,  I do not mean they are so because of the small size - they are is not that small. I mean that the image of the text/logo is actually fuzzy and lacks definition.
