  RE: Problem with document opening but displaying in black & white no pics
  Here's the pic. It attached this time. This issue affects any PDF I open. However, it does not affect the main document I've been creating. It is a .xar file, but was originally converted from a PDF. That PDF also now opens like the above pic. Help!

  I have just noticed Additional power settings, in the Related settings on the right in the pic above, it was set at balanced I've changed that to High performance, i'll see if that makes any difference when home 🙋‍♂️👍

  Hi Ray, 🙋‍♂️👍 I'm not sure why it stopped, it exported a playable clip but only 8mins long instead of 12mins & the program didn't crash, i did have the preview running while it was exported which i wouldn't have done in the past, on the timeline

  When it first started randomly moving of pics, I deactivated the software that I had installed on Windows 7 and loaded on Windows 10. I have saved as different names but not a completely new name. I will try that and let you know. Michelle
