RE: Where did my Zoom "toolbaar" disappear to?
@DBoydNL Okay, that seems to be what I want. I don't think so because the main Play marker is hidden, off screen to the left. The play marker of the KF timeline is visible but the main play marker isn't. Move your timeline objects to the right so

RE: Question regarding video upscaling
@jak.willis Someone else will have to give a better explanation but - Zooming out (downscaling) will not return the video back to it's orig pixel layout, when it was upscaled pixels were added, then when the image is downscaled those pixels don't

RE: How come Magix won't allow me to record video from my video camera?
@johnebaker @CubeAce Hi, My reading is that the OP is trying to use the camera like a webcam. The Zoom Q2n (I didn't see just Q2 on the Zoom site) can be used as a webcam. Now he thinks that cameras not designed for webcam use should do the same

SOLVED! Locked on absolute object tracking in VPX. Super easy.
PROBLEM - Say you have an object that jumps around the video frame (person jogging, dog or child running around) and you want to have the camera follow them like a super steady cam or drone. You could manually reframe the video with keyframes on

RE: Movie Studio 2023 and Next Gen Intel Graphics
@AAProds I don't profess to know anything about CPUs, Arcs or RAM but I do know that when I put the GTX2060 card in my old system the speed improvement was really noticeable. My son built my computer for me and, not knowing any other computer

RE: Question regarding video upscaling
@jak.willis Jak, will watching the video with it zoomed out (so not filling the TV screen) make the picture quality better because it isn’t being upscaled as much? Yes. Any video, whether previously upscaled or not, will look better on a smaller

Easy way to convert project to 9:16 AR?
Hi again, This time I'm trying to get a 9:16 video going, like for YouTube Shorts or TikTok. I've found this thread helpful: https://www.magix.info/us/forum/creating-verticle-format-video-project-1080-x1920--1290621/#ca1739271 and also the tutorial

@CubeAce @Former user Hi guys, OK, I understand now why you want to use a higher resolution project. You want to zoom in on the final result without losing any resolution. The original video given by Oz has some zooming in, but it is short and not

How come Magix won't allow me to record video from my video camera?
Hi,At first when I had the basic version of Magix and a simple Zoom Q2 video camera, I would always get a "could not connect to selected device" error message. I just figured the two were not compatible. But I now have Movie Edit Pro Premium and

RE: Keyframes not availaible
@Mikol-Havel You're after Camera Zoom/Shot aka Pan and Zoom. Set your Movie Settings to 9:16 eg 1080 x 1920 and type in 9:16 (or whatever ratio you want; square might be better for phones/FB. MMS has a 1080x1080 preset on the "Movie Settings" page:

@AAProds, @dirkc_be Hi Alwyn . . . . choose AVCHD. In the encoder settings, you'll find a 1080P50 option . . . . That is an option and is a progressive format removing the the progressive to interlaced issue, however a point to bear in mind is that

RE: How to do an overlay similar to this sample
@Former user @johnebaker Hi guys, I think that context is important here. If you're building a video wall, like my 28 image grid, each cell is about 274x270 (for 1920x1080), so the resolution does not need to be very high if the clip goes in just
