    MAGIX VHW to DVD v.4
    After having installed  both software and hardware, with the help of a friend (expert in multimedia), I realised that the program does not work. Either I have sound and no image, or image and no sound. Tried to change the format, PAL, SECAM etc.

    tayeb_zeguer, Sorry I don't have rescue Your Videotapes to give a more specific answer, but suggest you start with 'Help' from the top menu line. Magix are not know for their excellence of documentation, but I'm confident a search for 'cut'

    Video Easy analogue to digital converter
    I have Magix Rescue Your Videotapes installed and it has bee working perfect for at least 20 Video 8 tapes but now it only converts them to black and white and over exposed as well. Help please !!!!  JimMc
