  audio AVI file audio bad in preview and editing

  The digitized file is 17 fps. MAGIX doesn't even support 16, 17 or 18 fps MP4 export... Currenty it supports only 24-60 fps's... Seems that there is bug if MAGIX doesn't support frame rates under 23 fps...  Currenlty only way is to export it to 17
