Hi . . . . iPhone . . . . It could just be some kind of glitch w/ the file and Magix not liking each other :P . . . You are correct - they do not like each other and using a smart phone for video is one of my 'pet peeves' about using the right tool

@johnebaker I haven't tried all the MP4's but a few were downloaded from Youtube years ago, another was an MP4 I output w/ Magix years ago. Up until days ago, I was able to use them w/o any issues. Other MP4's like from my iPhone run w/ no issues

.mov file issue

Just downloaded Magix Movie Edit Pro Plus and all my videos made by iPhone (.mov) have just only sound. Had no this issue with earlier versions.

@coachblack24 Possibly nothing wrong. The problem is if you are recording HEVC with a variable frame rate. On iPhones this can be switched off I think on the phone. For any other files you may have already, you made need to convert them first to

Audio won't play on a downloaded video

I've created a project using video clips from three separate takes on my iPhone. I'm using Magix Edit Pro Plus and I've edited the video, but the audio on the longest clip isn't playing. Any ideas why and how to fix it?
