  @me_again Hi Andy, The 32kHz Audio Sample Rate should not be a problem but, as @Marc-Goder and @johnebaker have pointed out, the fact that @Odd-Aagesen has a computer with a Snapdragon CPU is very much the issue here. Jeff

  @matt_locker-01. Are you sure it's the same setup? I mean, Windows 10 and 11 install updates regularly, which can lead to problems with very old software. Maybe try running Sound Forge 10 via Windows 7 compatibility mode.

  @Christian-Alessio If your serial number begins with P3 you can simply disable the previous installations in your customer account at Magix.com. Since Audio Cleaning Lab 16 seems to be very old, it could be that it's serial number begins with P2.

  Hi Andy. No, never seen that in Task Manager but then I normally use Task Manager to keep an eye on drives, CPU, GPU etc in the Performance tab. I only switch to Processes if I have a problem. Ray.

  It seems to be solved. I bought a new TV, then I took a pure .mts file and with no any settings I exported it to .mp4 format and put it on tv. Playback worked with no problem. Time has passed from my old tv.
