RE: [Closed] Exporting objects as MP3 using object names
I have found the best solution to exporting audio sample that uses the same name for the exported file as the object in question. Right click on the sample and go down to wave edit. That brings up your sample in a new window. Right click again,

RE: Core Audio Format (CAF) File Support
CAF is an Apple format, similar to a (BWF) Broadcast Wave File, which can be a multi-channel (poly) and can contain metadata like a TC stamp and other non-audio info). I have never encountered one. VLC should be able open it where can be transcoded

RE: Creating multi tracks for SF 16
Hi @Wendo-Wen! This is not a feature in the Sound Forge programs. Sound Forge is a wave form editor...you can record files such as podcasts, voice overs, etc, but it is not a multi-tracking software. If you need multi-tracking, you should try

RE: Audio Buzz in Windows 11
Is Audio Studio 16 incompatible with Windows 11? Hi @Jerry-Munk, most folks have no problems with SF on Win 11. I assume you have already tried restarting the PC and switched to an alternate audio device type in "Options> Preferences> Audio".

@Dennis-Fehler I was just thinking the same thing, I have hundreds of songs using the Sony wave hammer but I was doing some research and CLA plug-ins are some of the best vocal compression VST tools out there. I have yet to try and use them as I

RE: export audio track to Audacity
Hi Steven, A couple of questions. What, exactly do you want to do? 1. Edit the audio part in Audacity (cleanup, add effects, etc.) and update the original audio in Movie Studio? 2. Use the audio outside of the video editor for other purposes? Hi

@christianf7 Hi Christian. Have you right clicked the file and set the tack to 0dB and then checked the audio mixer is just .01 down off of zero and then enabled the limiter in the master sliders? Are you running more than a few audio tracks? If so,

Plugin settings not saving (This is NOT the 'adding to chains' bug)
Why is that every so often some plugins don’t remember changes and revert back to a default setting when re-opening a saved file? It seems to predominantly happen with 3rd party plugins (like Waves Q10), although not exclusively. As far as I can

Cannot save the recordings from an LP.
I record the songs, enter the album and song titles, choose a location then hit next. Nothing happens! The progress meter just sits there at 0% complete. What is the solution? Update: I can save in wave format only. Cannot save the file in any MP3
