RE: How do I group scenes or edit DVD chapters in Movies on DVD 7
asoeli I am fully aware that scenes on the timeline do not affect the original video file and that the scenes are merged after export. I have not used MEP14 but from your answer it would seem to me that there are significant differences

RE: How do I group scenes or edit DVD chapters in Movies on DVD 7
Like massi04, I do not fully understand your question. I use MEP14, but think there is no great differencies as to this problem. First of all, you must know that when working in Timline (or Storyboard), the scenes are not your original video file

RE: How to import the video from the disk, which has chapters?
I also use MEP 14+. The Mediapool is what Magix call the 'Directory' to the right of the monitor. I usually copy such files 'by hand', as a normal Windows copy process. But I now tried 'Importing File' with Magix as you mentioned, and it also

RE: Playback
In what sort of file do you play your film? Have you burned a DVD, or exported your project as MPEG, WMV or others? What about your computer, and version of MEP ? Perhaps info will help.

I do not know MEP 15, only 14+ and previous. What I do: Copy the .VOB-files from the VIDEO_TS directories to my haddisk, and give each file a new name (with ending VOB or MPG). When they all are transferred, I can start MEP, find the files in Media
