    Choppy Video
So, I did a 6 minute piece, very little special effects (three cross fades) and the video is choppy when it put it in, and choppy when I export it. Of course, it plays fine everywhere else. I'm using Pentium Core, 4gb Ram, 500gb Hd.

is Magix Video Pro X2 suitable for a full length feature film?
While Avid, After Effects and Final Cut Pro are industry standards, the interface for video pro X2 is extremely user friendly.  The question I have is whether or not video pro X2 is TRUTHFULLY suitable for a full-lenth feature film, whether shot on

I have Movie Edit Pro 16 Plus and I'm looking for a way to make an image or title explode and fly off the screen in pieces. I've seen this effect in videos before and I'm trying to figure out how to do it with MEP. Is there a special plugin or addon

    RE: hi
Hi, While I'm not completely sure what you're asking, I suppose there are only two ways I can read this: 1.) You're trying to import copy-protected content into Movie Edit Pro for editing and, well, copying. 2.) You're trying to

RE: How can we change the pitch when we add an audio file?
Hi, There are different ways to go about this. After importing the audio file into your Music Studio arranger track, right-click on it and find the following options in the context menu: "Realtime Effects" => "Object Resampling /

RE: Projects & Movies: Managing longer films
Let's see.  A project is all of the elements in your MEP screen when you are working.  This includes the video track (track 1) the video's audio track (track 2) and then any photos, music, effects (transitions, special effects, etc.) that you

    RE: [Closed] lightsaber effects
Hi, I'm afraid that's not possible in Movie Edit Pro. What you're looking for is a fully featured video effects and compositing solution, possibly combined with specialized equipment. $90 are probably not going to cut it here.

RE: Any Idea how they done this
Not sure whether Movie Edit Pro or Video Pro X will be able to do a lot for you on that mission. They are video editing programs and not fully-featured special effects and compositing solutions. You can possibly get some mildly interesting color

RE: Upon exporting, audio/video not synced in some parts
This sounds like a tricky one.  My first question is about your hardware.  MEP requires pretty beefy hardware.  Dual-core, 3 Gigs RAM, beefy graphics adapter (external), etc.  The more beefy, the better. Since you are exporting a 30 minute movie,

    RE: [Closed] Voice Pitch
Hello Derek, I'm afraid there's no such voice manipulation special effects function in this program the way you had in mind. There's only regular audio processing functions you could use on the voice, like the time-stretching/pitch manipulation

RE: [Closed] How do you install Photo & Videoshow Soundpool 6?
Hi, The soundpools and effects in this collection are just standard, non-proprietary audio files on the disc. You can just use them directly - no special installation required. I'd probably recommend copying the relevant directories from the disc

RE: What will make Magix go faster?
Hi, First of all: you don't need any highly specialized and professional video editing hardware. I assume you're referring to standard DVD (i.e. MPEG-2) encoding. In this case, 4.5 hours of encoding for 2 hours of movie does seem a little long,

RE: clicking sounds at regular intervals.
Hi, Sorry to hear this. Apparently an undesired side effect of the DVdate conversion process. I can't really say that I've experienced this problem before when using DVdate to convert DV AVI to type II in order to fix that audio problem.
