  Choppy Video
  So, I did a 6 minute piece, very little special effects (three cross fades) and the video is choppy when it put it in, and choppy when I export it. Of course, it plays fine everywhere else. I'm using Pentium Core, 4gb Ram, 500gb Hd.

  Hi, Sorry to hear this. Apparently an undesired side effect of the DVdate conversion process. I can't really say that I've experienced this problem before when using DVdate to convert DV AVI to type II in order to fix that audio problem.
