RE: [Closed] program keep shuting down...
Are you using the full version? How much memory do you have? Try installing fresh drivers for your sound and video and consider using a universal ASIO driver from ASIO4ALL.com. Have you made any major program changes to buffers and etc? Justin

RE: MEP does not display imported AVI video, only sound, but did b4
Hi, This might very well be due to a missing codec. AVI is a container format and could contain a wide variety of video and audio codecs. Make sure the right ones are present on your system. You can analyze the AVI files in question using the

RE: [Closed] I bought this program and it's not working right... WHY?
Hi, I understand your trial worked fine but the full version did not? Did you have to download in install a full version after you purchased the product? What changed? I don't imagine it's a memory issue if the trial version worked but it's worth

RE: my behringer ucg102 interface does not show in my list of options
Hi, This is because Magix defaults to your PC sound card or Microsoft sound engine. You must go into your program settings, 'P' on the keyboard and choose the driver for your USB-Guitar adapter. Use an ASIO driver if one is available for it.

RE: Recorded sample is static.
Hi, You say the ASIO references your RealTek? Is that your recording interface? Also; when you save as does your audio become clear... it changes from static? ASIO4ALL is great but not always perfect - try using a different ASIO driver in Music

RE: No sound with h.264 codec video
Hi, If this is some MP4 file from a compact digital photo cam, it's more likely to have AAC audio on it, not Dolby Digital. (Maybe you can upload a sample here, se we can check.) This should generally import fine with an activated MPEG-4 codec.

RE: [Closed] cannot use ringtone maker: cannot use mp3 files.? help!
Hi, Are you bringing the files in from the media pool into the Ringtone Maker timeline? If that is causing the problem, the issue is probably related to some conflicting codecs. This might get a little tricky. If you (or an application you

RE: [Closed] how do i connect my guitar and microphone so i can record with music maker 14?, i already have it going through a lexicon box connecting to my computer but its just not reading in my music maker program.
Ralftaro nailed it... that should get you up and running. With the Omega you'll also have to pick the "channel" you record with. That can be done in the actual record window from a drop down menu. You'll NOT be able to record guitar and mic

RE: [Closed] Is it possible to convert videos so they can be poste in youtube and sent as e-mails?
YouTube Generally suggests that videos be optimized and converted to 320 X 240 sized FLVs compressed to 300Kbs - I save my stuff out from Magix as 100% quality mpgs then use a free program called Any Video Converter (check google) to batch convert

RE: This program doesnt work!
I have had this program for a couplke of months now and Ive done great work with it. The Mpeg activation didnt take long at all and it did actuall work for me. It really depends on what input source your using to. Mpegs are not as universal as WMA.
