No Audio after import

Hi There!I imported 10 sec. file (in MP4 format) into my Movie Studio 18 Platinum. It plays only video part of it with no sound. Other programs play perfectly well both sound and video. I have Windows 10 laptop. Could anybody please help me.Thank

Not sure where Vegas comes into this. If the mxv files can be imported into Magix Movie Studio why not export from there as mp4? Seems simple or have I missed something?

[Solved] Unable to upload

I'm getting the following message; "Unable to find the filler to import that file with" I have tried other files and all the same. Seems to of happen after updating program. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same.
